Med evac flight crashes on departure

Manila, Philippines -- An Isreal Aerospace Industries Westwind II on a medical evacuation misson, has crashed on takeoff in Manila this March 29 at around 1947H. 

The aircraft is owned by Lion Air Philippines, not to be mistaken with Lion Air Indonesia. The operator has been previously chartered by the Philippine Departament of Health to perform freighter missions carrying medical equipment around the Philippines. Earlier in the week, RP-C5880 has been highly utilised flying missions to India, Japan, Thailand & Taiwan apart from multiple domestic destinations. 

Several sources reveal that that the flight was manned by 3 pilots, a flight engineer, a doctor, a nurse who were all Filipinos. Also on onboard was an American and a Canadian presumably the passengers. 

The departing flight rolled from RPLL's runway 06 at 1947H
 MNL time on March 29 2020 and has crashed almost at the end of the runway suggesting the crew has encountered either control surface or weight and balance problems.
